Situational Communication® is a two-part produced, pre-recorded webinar comprised of 22 videos and an automated software program that provides an unlimited number of Profile Reports detailing “Self” and “Other” feedback on your Leadership Relating Style tendencies, strengths, weaknesses and situational appropriateness.

Part One: The Theory deals with the key theoretical concepts: The System, Relating Styles, Situational Analysis and the key skills required to achieve Results with Relationship.

Part Two: The Profiles deals with the design of the Professional Self and Professional Other: Questionnaires, as well as direction on how to analyze and interpret the behavioral profiles that you will receive in Profile Reports, based on the feedback from those Questionnaires.
